I think you are talking about clear braces? I think they are great. I've had them. Though they only put clear brackets on your top teeth and your lower teeth gets the traditional metal. It's less noticeable with the clear brackets. Most of the time you can't even tell in pictures. I believe they are about 10-15% more than the metal braces. Go for a consultation. Most orthodontists offer complimentary consultation and you can ask about both types of braces.

Thank you for replying. Those are the braces that I am talking about. I've been doing research on them, and serveral sources have said that clear braces are much bigger than the traditional braces. Is this true?

LoL yes a little bit but not much difference because they are clear.

I'm getting ceramic braces fitted on my upper teeth and metal braces on my lower teeth later this month, but I live in the UK so obviously the price of mine wont be much use to you lol but yes they were more expensive but I'm 18 and didn't really fancy the hole 'metal mouth' look ;) lol but seriously if you can afford the extra cost I think you should go ahead with the ceramic. Although I have heard that they tend to break more easily than the metal versions, but if you are careful with them you shouldn't have any problems :wave:
