About 3 months ago, I noticed a tiny white spot on the outside of my lower lip. It's probably the size of a dull pencil point. Then just about 5 days ago I noticed another mark almost exactly the same appear right next to it.

These marks don't hurt at all, and don't seem to be raised off the normal surface of my lip. Could this be cancer or something else serious?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
