I take B-complex, which I think has biotin in it. But anyway, I've just started taking ALA and I read some stuff online about how ALA counteracts biotin and can make you get gray hairs and also lose hair. Does anyone have experience with this firsthand?

All I know is that you need to increase your intake of biotin to offset any intake of ALA, since ALA depresses biotin's effectiveness. I take 5mg's of biotin for every 300 mg's of ALA.
