Hi,
I've had a small rash on the side of my abdomen that seems to come and go for several months now. It's about the size of a half dollar and it always comes back in the exact same spot. I showed the spot to my Dr. when it had gotten really bad and he said it was dry skin and to put Eucerin cream on it. I keep doing this, but it always comes back and itches like crazy. What could be causing this??
