Hello reader,

I got rid of my headaches which I found the triggers to caffeine&no exercise. But every now and then the top of my head hurts for no apparent reason. I mean I now spring 1/6th of a mile a day and walk 1.12 miles a day. (Im good with a tape measure :D ) Does anyone have advice on how to get rid of these headaches. I mainly get them when I exercise.

I get those sometimes when I work out. I drink more water and they seem to go away. Also when I am at the gym my nose runs. So I am wondering if histamines are released. It's like a sinus headache. Let me know if you find out something along those lines and vice versa.

Yeah as soon as I drink water it goes aways its realy weird but all in all i am being told that theres nothing to worry about also i learned there are a large ammount of blood veins that run all around your skull and hormones and things of that sort can make them change size and that COULD be a cause.
