When you first start it is best to start slow, going every other day or every couple of days. Once you work your body up to it than you could start going every day.

One more question, i finally got a membership to the gym
im wondering how much a month of working out would do..

I say 3 times a week, 45min- 1 hour each workout. Make it easy for yourself so that you'll get to the point where you'll be saying how easy your workout is and you'll make some progression naturally
