About 2 weeks ago I girl got on top of me and stuck the head of my penis in side of her just a little. When she got off her fluids were on it. A week later I feel a pinch at the tip of the head.It doesn't burn when I use the bathroom.Now the pinch is gone. But for some reason my rear end(cheeks) not anus is real irritated badly. I'm thinking it came from running really hot water on myself. Can this be from this incident

I wouldn't worry about the incident at all. Sounds like your butt cheeks are dry like heck from either the weather (like everyone else's) or overzealous scrubbing or the hot water, yes! As for the "pinch" -- it is completely normal to feel things occasionally!
