Hello everyone I read a thread on here last week about taking silicea for sinus headaches, can anyone direct me or tell me about it again please? I've suffered from terrible catarrh and sinus problems for years which seem to be getting worse, particularly the catarrh. I know I should give up dairy perhaps but I have other health problems which mean there's loads of things I can't eat anyway so I get really sick of watching food all the time. I often find they come on if I sleep a certain way or hold my head a certain way too. They make me feel really sick and I feel I'm choking on catarrh. Nothing seems to help when they're bad, no sinus tablets and inhalation, sprays etc just seem to make them worse! I just have to sit them out for the three or four days they last. Can anyone relate to this? If silicea can help it would be fantastic. I bought a nasal douche but theat doesn't help either. All my doctor said was if that's the worse thing I ever had then it wasn't much to complain about!
