i have a feeling of pressure in the right side of my head.my right tooth feels strange, my right ear has a whooshing sound in it ,and my right eye waters a lot .i have read about trigeminal neuralgia and it sounds a lot like the symptoms .any ideas would be welcome.i also go very shaky when this feeling comes on

It sounds like your right sinus is plugged up, this will caused the ear and tooth symptoms. It can be caused by allergies or an infection.
