I have been having this feeling of an aching pressure on the top of my head...its been 2 to 4 times a day for over 2 months...Noise (I have two kids...never a quite moment) will affect it as well as light...any idea what this is ..I should also mention that I have been having numbness in both feet and in both hands...which is not new but has gotten worse since the head aches started...

Help I have know idea what to do?
