I live in the south west of england! i have a Dentist appointment in a week and have to have fillings! at least 3 i know that!!
I am really frightened as i have a stomach disorder and i get nervous about feeling sick in public places i can not escape!! i mean what worse than going to the dentist!! cant escape that and i have someone prodding around in my mouth!! nausea!! even worse!!
Has any dentist ever given anyone valium or any form of IV sedation drip for example?

Hope someone can help ease my anxiety!!

Hi I'm from the UK.
I'm sure your dentist will give you some sort of gas to calm you down before the procedure is done if you are really anxious. It is advertised in my dentist for anxious patients. So I am sure that will help you feel a lot calmer about the whole thing. Also try and take your mind off of being sick, think 'calming thoughts' lol

Thanks alot for your help! do feel better. Its not the sick part its because my problem generally causes me to feel rubbish!! i get light headed from my stomach disorder and that just adds to everything!
I will be cool i allways worry about things!
Thanks alot
