It does, to a degree, sound possibly like arthritis but the sore throats are not part of that nor chest pain unless you have ribcage arthritis.

Does anyone in your family have Rhuematoid arthritis that you are aware of?
What do you do each day? Do you have a sedementary type job or are you very active?
Are your joints warm to touch or feel swollen?

Arthritis generally hurts both in the morning and at night, particullarly in the morning which is why I am wondering if it's not more muscular and possibly related to your every day life activities.

If you suspect arthritis or even Fibromyalgia it's best to at least start with your GP (especially if theres a history of RA in the family) and get some general bloodwork done to see if there's any inflamation going on you are not aware of.

It would indeed be wise to get your RH factor checked as well as blood work to check for infection which could be the reason you are having the sore throats.
As for the chest pain, obviously you should have an xray done and it seems you ruled out a heart condition.

Something else to think about, do you happen to have heartburn? This in fact will cause chest pain and a sore throat which can lead to throat cancer. It definately deems asking as well.

Best to rule everything out if you can

let us know how it works out!
