:) I started on prempro two weeks ago, I decided to take it for osteoporosis because my bone density came back with that diagnosis. Now my question. I had very few and very mild hot flashes, hardly any night sweats but sleeplessness. Now I have more frequent hot flashes!~ Any one else experience this?

No, in fact my hot flashes went away totally with Prempro. I'd mention it to your doctor. Maybe there's another HRT drug you can take that would be better suited to you?

Mine also went away with the low dose prempro. When I was taking the higher dose, I got depressed and had a lot of trouble sleeping but it went away on the low dose.
