Hi everybody,

Happy New Year!! Just wondered if anyone has had succes with coQ10 for gum disease. Or is there any other herb or supplement that can help with periodontal disease. Looking for any advice or help. Thanks so much

One or two drops of Myrrh oil in a small glass of water. :)

Rinse, gargle or drink the water. Gums will likely feel better quickly.

I also take CoQ10 400mg capsules. The drawback is one capsule costs $1.00.

Makes Myrrh worth a look. Myrrh from a source I know about costs $10 for 1/3 ounce.
