I and 23, have high cholesterol, high bp, borderline diabetic. Im not sure if my arm pains have anything to do with pinched nerves maybe. Just my left arm feels different than my right, hard to explain, but it feels heavy, and deep inside the muscle and it kinda feels like my arm is paralyzed. And where my arm meets my body if i touch it it hurts deep inside. Motrin is not doing ne thing for the pain, but this pain is also accompanied by chest pressure, so it could be 2 separate issues or related i have no clue, does this sound like a pinched nerve?

I have never had a full physicl in my life, I have had a doc listen to my chest, basic metabolic panel, and bp, is as far as a physical has gone. My BP has been really high lately for some reason, blood sugar is also high, its about 130 fasting. I am not on ne meds, I dont have current insurance http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/frown.gif
