and I was wondering if anyone had any information about these cysts...
It is about the size of a golf ball.
He goes in tomorrow morning for a full scope eye exam to see if it is affecting his vision, and then if that is fine he goes in for another MRI in December to see if it has grown. The results of these two appts will determine if he will have brain surgery...
My little boy having BRAIN surgery!
If anyone has any info, PLEASE post or email me!
I really appreciate any info anyone has!

Hi,
I am sorry to hear of your son having a cyst. I had a colloid cyst of the third ventricle surgically removed 3 years ago. I am doing very well today. I had rehab at a nearby rehab hospital, (speech and occupational therapies) and I am feeling much better than before my surgery.

I can't imagine how scared you must be. Please continue to search the internet for more info on these cysts and surgery. The more informed you are, the better.

I am wishing you and your son the best, Dodi
