(18/m) for about a week and a half i've been having mild breathing problems.. though my breathing has gotten better, i've been feeling fuzzy, tingly and dimmed in my head, as if i were holding my breath... i'm going to the doctors some time this week but am worried that perhaps my head really isn't getting enough oxygine..

anyone have any idea what could be going on? should i be in a rush to get to the hospital? should i care?
thanks in advance

Could be anxiety. Stress and anxiety can cause such physical symptoms. Worth going to the doctor to see what they suggest.

I often have had such breathing problems if I am worried internally about something or under pressure at work.

Relaxation therapies are a good idea if it is a stress related disorder.

check your lungs out. someone posted about bronchitis on the open forum. I sometimes feel this way too. Walked 6 miles on mile 4 by/around a field of grass felt all woosy and couldn't breathe. Then yesterday after headache onset by dairy ingestion couldn't breathe enough scared to go to sleep took a motrin and everything was fine when I woke this morning. Good luck - I read that lactic something ingested proceeds panic attacks there is scientific proof. Do you suffer from allergies?
