everytime i breath thru my nose, on the left side of my head above my ear, i get a little burning tingling sensation,, only when i breath through my nose!

iv had this for 3 weeks,,

it comes and goes, gets worse in the cold,,

iv never had this before?? i am 20 years old!

please if anyone knows let me know!
