I've discoverd some small bumps. They're contained to a small area on one side, and only appear where the pubic hair grows. They don't itch, are not sore to the touch, and don't appear to be any other color than skin color. However, I first noticed them when triming up a bit and they seem to scratch off the surface of the skin fairly easily.
I first noticed one or two a few months ago when I accidently picked one off... I figured it was a skin reaction to a new detergent. However they're not going away. They don't seem to be spreading. Any ideas what they could be?

You need to go to the doctor for a final answer to your questions, but I would think they would be as simple as a reaction to something. I have never heard of any STD as that, but to be safe check with your doc.

Sounds like they could be genital warts.

I assume you posted this here because you ARE sexually active or have been. If you have never been sexually active then I'd say no, it's not an STD. But, if you are, then there is a possibility.
Another thing it could be is ingrown hairs. They can cause red bumps to show up in the pubic are. Sometimes they can be popped like a pimple and you'll see the hair inside the bump.
