Hey wassup,

I've noticed that ever since I was a kid, I have always slept way better on my stomach. I could always fall asleep faster and sometimes that was tha only way I could fall asleep! And even now that I'm an adult, I still have that, it's juss not as bad. I've heard other people say this too, why is that? Also, I noticed I sleep way better when it rains.

I can't fall asleep that way but usually about 4 in the AM I tend to turn over and sleep on stomach. It is the hardest position on your back though. Also since I have emphysema it should be the most difficult breathing position but for me I breathe easier and stay asleep longer. I think it stretches me out and opens up my lungs.
