View Full Version : Teeth and Dizziness

I had a root canal in both of my front teeth which got infected. I had a surgery to fix it, but I don't think it worked. I have a small bump on my gum that indicates it's infected again.

My question is, can this cause vertigo? I'm so dizzy and generally ill-feeling. Could it have anything to do with a tooth infection or is that unlikely? I'm taking very dizzy here. Off balance and weak, and there is nothing else wrong with me except the tooth infection?

Anyone have experience? Maybe I just have an unrelated virus?

Hmmm...this is helpful. I appreciate your writing back.

I have been checked for inner ear things, and am not sure that's it, but who knows? I just wondered if anyone had vertigo from teeth specifically...they are very close to sinuses/ears and everything.

Anyway, glad you're feeling better!

I had a root canal done on one of my front teeth and two weeks later was so dizzy I thought I had a brain tumor!
Turns out that I had a sinus infection that was brought on by the root canal. Weird huh?

its really not that wierd your mouth, sinuses and ears are all connected. any book on acupressure esp would show you that and ears are directly related to balance
