Hi everyone, new to the forums. Been reading through everyones posts to try and find something similar i can relate to. Im not really a headache sufferer but have been troubled by a headache and various pains that are starting to get me quite panicked.
Ive been getting a constant dull aching/pain in the left hand side of my head in exactly the same spot for quite a few weeks now. Accompanied by occasional intense zaps of pain in the same sort of area. This wouldnt really bother me to much but the pain is in exactly the same area of my head.
What really freaked me out was waking at 3am this morning with what i can only describe as severe vertigo, everything in my vision was swaying like i was on a rollercoaster or something. To the point where the nausea caused me to vomit. This sensation passed within about 10 mins or so, so i lay back down in my panicked state and eventually fell back to sleep. Ive never experienced this before. I woke in the morning feeling relatively normal but with the same dull head pain.
Any ideas guys?? im really starting to stress about this now, i know that if i consult my doctor he'll just put it off to stress or something as i'm a bit of an anxiety sufferer. My best friend died of a burst brain anuerysm on my 18th bday now im getting really worried.
