Hey every1. I'm 14 and my dad recently passed away 4 months ago from Brain Cancer & Lung Cancer. I was just wondering if it was hereditary. I believe my mother also had surgical cancer sometime before i was born. Would having cancer run in the family effect me? THANX!

Predispostion to cancer can be hereditary. You are ahead of the game in knowing your parents health history. It will be very important to make your doctor(s) aware of this when treating you now and in the future.
