since someone brought it up in an ealier post........i decided to make a thread for it.............does anyone know if it is possible to go your whole life with only one outbreak?............
i mean, i guess anything is possible with herpes, a better question would be, have you heard of anyone or anyone themselves gone years and years without an outbreak, besides the initial one?.........
.....my doctor told me this is very possible........

Hi, Yes it is possible for people not to get an outbreak for years. I have found out that I have learned alot about my own body before an begins. For one my upper legs and thighs start to ache and I get a tingling feeling in my fun area, lol. When this happens I begin to take Achinasea (I think thats how you spell it) and vitamin C. I do this, get control of my stress (thats what usually brings on my outbreaks) and I had my first outbreak in 3 years about 3 months ago. Thats because the stress I had wasd because of 2 major hurricanes in florida that I got hit head on with. I have known people that do similiar things when they feel an outbreak coming on. They havent had an outbreak in years. So first thing, learn your body, feel the signs your body is giving you before and outbreaks comes along. If you get an outbreak, try to remember how your body fealt before the outbreak. Then try different things. Thats my advice. Hope it works for you as well as it has worked for me.
