i'm suffering from bad migraines and Iitrex isn't helping.I'm having an MRI done on friday to see what is going on with my head.I wake up with bad headaches every morning and it lasts the whole day.It's also sinuses.My doc put me on high blood pressure medication,Anadol or something.Will that help?She said it will prevent headaches.Please help

On the "anadol or something": I'm not sure the drug bug the ending "-ol" suggests it's a beta blocker and that classs of drug has worked well for many people's vascular headaches.
