Hi,
I'm a big believer in alternative medicine as it has pulled me out of illness more times than any visit to a doctor's office. I have currently come down with what I believe to be another version of the flu and was wondering what natural remedies are best for viral infections? I am aware of (and have already been taking) sambucol (elderberry), olive leaf, oil of oregano, and echinacea. But are there any others that might help stave off a virus?
Any advice would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
Jarlena :p

I don't think that cayenne and green tea will hurt! Also, did you consider vitamine c and zinc?

Thank you both for your reply. I have not tried cayenne or green tea, but I am taking both zinc and tons of vit C.
Thanks again for your advice,
