I was wondering if anyone can help me my 27y/o cousin woke up one morning in august after having a severe headache and did not know where she was and thought she was going to high school. Her personality is totally different she acts as if she is a child. Her MRI came back and the docs said she had numerous lesions on her brain. They thought she may have MS but no lesions were in her spine. She was taken to Johns Hopkins and given a angiogram and we were told she had cerebral vasculitis. They gave her a treatment of cytoxin and have her on prednisone. But her condition has worsened, she is unable to hold her bladder and falls constantly. I was just wondering if anyone else had ever experianced this. I am so afraid I am going to lose my cousin forever. I heard that vasculitis can be caused by another disease like lyme's can anyone relate!
