Not a severe case of golfers elbow iam still able to grasp objects weighing 20 lbs with out disscomfort. How long does it last for? Is there any way to speed the recovery rate up? I heard of ART... Some said that in one session your arm will be healed, is that true????????
I can bend my wrist back and forwards with out any pain, that dosen't keep me awake at night, and i have had it for about 3 weeks so far.
Any help please

I am going to assume, since I'm not positive, that Golfers elbow is really a term used for tendonitis of the elbow maybe?
If that is the case healing time is going to vary much on your activity and or therapy and treatments. If you are still doing whatever it is that you have done to cause the problem then it will most likely be quite a while before it gets better, if ever. It's like having ca***l tunnel sydrome, if you don't stop or take proper cautions to eliviate the symptoms when they start it will only get worse.

I have never heard of ART before, other than the graphical kind I do on a regular basis :) Anyone who promises anything to be "healed" or cured in one session is highly questionable, I'd be suspect to say the least.
