Hi does anybody know what these are? They are at the back of my legs they dry lumpy blotchy white, I do have freckly skin when i go on holiday and get a tan these stay white and look horrible.They look really bad really white. People have asked me what they are but i dont know, Ihave shown my doctor but he didnt seem concerned, they are embarrassing, They look like a wart but they are flat to my skin. someone said its my ppigmation in my skin,Is there any way i can get rid of it.Ihave tried false tan but it makes them standout even more, any ideas? they do look worse when i have a tan. this is the only place i have them, backs of my knees
