From the tingle to the muscle aches even the foot problems. Also I have red dots on the back of my tongue and I have seen a very minor cold sore or two. So bascially I have both kinds of H.

But I have not had my first ob. My immune system is very stong before this I can't remember the last time I had a cold and I never caught the flu.

Could it be I'm having my first ob but it is very mild? Or is it on the way I just need to eat the right thing to trigger it?

I think you should probably get tested for herpes. You describe a wart like bump. Are you sure you don't have HPV rather than HSV? HPV is also passed on by skin to skin contact.

Muscle aches and foot problems could be absolutely anything. I think you should get checked out to make sure that it is herpes that you really have, especially as you are describing here that you don't believe you have in fact had a genital OB yet.

Last night I got maybe an hour and a half sleep. I never had my first ob but I think it is coming. I saw on here about vitimans ppl are taking like garlic. Should I start taking those now. Also what come of lotion(ALOE) did you guys say hurts prevent ob. I would try that garlic and oil thing but I can't go to school smelling that way.

Also what can I use on my first ob?

NO doctor can accuratley say you do or don't have herpes by just looking and guessing. If you have the symptoms or think you may.....get tested.

As for what to do with an outbreak, it really depends on your symptoms and your body. A doctor can prescribe antivirals to make the outbreaks fewer and shorter.
