This doesn't necessarily fall into the headache category as there was no pain associated with what happened to me last night. I was almost asleep and all of a sudden it felt like every nerve in my face and head was quivering, my pulse was also pounding in my neck - this lasted about 5 mins and this morning I woke up extremely nauseous and tired. Anyone have any ideas what this might be?

p.s. I have recently been diagnosed with possible myofascial pain and have been getting massage therapy once a week for that.
