I need some advice and help - I'll make this brief - I was recently diagnosed with possible myofascial pain/TMJD - am getting weekly massage therapy done. Last night as I was going to sleep all of a sudden it felt like all the nerves in my head and face were quivering........along with that my pulse in my neck was going 50 miles an hour - this lasted about 3 or 4 mins and then I went right to sleep, this morning I felt extremely tired and nauseous. Does anyone else have experience with this feeling?
