I have been very tired and feeling very cold lately. I can't sleep with the fan anymore because even without it I am freezing. When I walk up to my apartment I get out of breath as if I had been exercising and it's only the 3rd third floor. When I go to the bathroom and I am having pain and even bleeding. :confused: Could this be anemia??? What should I do? Can someone help me, Please!

Sounds like it could be...go to your doc and get some blood work done :confused:

See your doctor right away. Bleeding is not normal at all!

Sounds like you should see your doctor as soon as possible. You could have a severe bladder infection which is nothing to mess around with. You should also ask your doctor to have a complete blood test done. Once the test comes back, make it clear to your Dr. that you want to be notified of your results as soon as possible. Sometimes, you have to be your own doctor! Only you know what is normal for your body.

I was told multiple times during the past 4 years that I was anemic but I never felt baddly and I had heard a lot about constipation with iron pills (which is what the doctors wanted to give me) so I never took them and never gave a second thought to anemia.
The last 10 months or so I have been fatigued to the point where it impairs my daily life.
I will have a hard time following conversations.....I will become confused.....I can be standing up and feel like if I were to close my eyes I would fall asleep right then........I always am tired after waking in the mmorning even if I got enough sleep. My fatigue feels almost like I'm on narcotics......that is how "out of it" I become
I become very dizzy....feeling faint all the time and problems with sudden vertigo.

I get bad headaches....heart palpatations......shortness of breathe......depressions.......extremey heavy and long lasting period although I have always had that problem......I always look like death.....my hair has been falling out like it never has before.......etc, etc. the list goes on.
I am pretty certain it is anemia and I just ignored it for too long in the past and now it is severe.
Why have I read that a lot of people cannot take iron pills.....what kind of bad expieriencec have you all had?
