Does anyone know approximately how long the window is from possible exposure to chlamydia through unprotected sex before you can be accurately tested using either urine or urethral swab.

The deal is my ex g/f came onto me yesterday and i didn't really resist too hard, i entered her for about 3-4 seconds before i told her no, i cant do this and took it out. ive got a current girlfriend, whom im seeing next week. Could an accurate test be made after 2-3 days, say on the saturday or sunday? I know the past sexual history of the girl as ive been very close to her for about 3 years and know its unlikely she has any sti's due to long term relationships/no 1 night stands etc. Any real chance of contracting chlamydia in 3-4 seconds of unprotected sex if she was infected?
