This is rather confusing. What is the difference of bc verses hrt? Also, are bioidentical hormones effective?

cin-dig2, bio-idents work very well. i have been on them since the end of last summer. i am having some changes going on right now and i am having to have them readjusted, but i have felt more like myself since being on them. i have a desire to do things. the way i felt was a level feeling. what i mean is i wake up feeling fine and go to bed feeling fine.

when on the patch, i would wake up in the morning already feeling like i had gone through the day, always tired and didn't care about anything.

i highly recommend bio-idents, even though i am having mine readjusted.

not40,
Thank you for taking the time to write. I had pretty much decided that I was going to go the natural route, now I just have to find a dr. that agrees.
Glad to hear that it worked so well for you. Do you have to go to your dr. for periodic blood tests, and that is how you found out things needed to be adjusted, or did you feel differently?

i started feeling differently. starting getting hot flashes again, heart palps, sleeplessness. but i'm sure this can all be corrected. i just notified my pharmacist and they are helping me make some changes.

they really have worked for me! good luck to you.
