My boyfriend has a high fever and congestion. He keeps getting cold chills and feels terrible. The thing that worries me is that his testicles are hot and swollen. Is this normal??? What does he need to do for this? Any help is appreciated.

My boyfriend now has a temp. of 102.6. I also took the tempreture of his scrotum and it was 102.3. He does not have insurance so I am just wondering what the best thing for him to do.

If he is a college student, have him go to the college clinic for proper diagnosis.
