This has definitely become a pattern. I'm getting really bad headaches the placebo week. Anyone else have this problem? I don't even think Mircette would help because the headaches start the second day.

Do you take your pills during the day or at night? Sometimes it makes a difference. I started takeing mine before I went to bed each night and it made a huge difference.

I take it at night.

How long have you been taking the pill?

I had that problem with Ortho Tri-Cyclen after I was on it for a year. Also, I had it on Alesse. It was so bad I had to stop taking them. My gyn suggested something with a lower amount of estrogen.

i got severe severe headaches with estrostep, i suffer from migraines and i had not had them in over a year. i started on estrestep and i felt like i was dying and had a vessel popping in my head and that someon hit me with a pipe. the worse i ever felt in years. i hate estrostep i gained a lot of weight and i really watch what i eat and work out everyday i mean bloated and full of water.

I think this go around this is my 4th month on it? They keep taking me off and putting me back on for health reasons.
