View Full Version : What is more effective: Echinacea or Red Marine Algae?

I am already taking garlic, oil of oregano, and a multivitamin. I read people taking echinacea or RMA as another combatant against H. Since echinacea is a great immune booster I thought it may be just as effective as RMA but was unsure. I can buy the echinacea cheaper and within my town, unlike the RMA. Would the RMA be worth the extra cost?

One more question  , if I go with the echinacea, would I be better served to take one tablet every other day or take it two week on and off?

Don't know about red marine algae, but the echinacea you should take 2 weeks on, two off.

Red Marine Algae. Is the best. It attacks herpes at cellular level.

I just bought some RMA for shingles. I have a moderate out break of shingles, mostly itching, little redness. What sort of dose would be recommended for me?

Thanks for the reply. I was a bit hesitant about taking the echinacea and recently been taking the pills of the following combo: multi-vitamin, oil or oregano, and garlic. I figured it may be better to get the echinacea through tea.

However, I will try to add RMA in the next four weeks and switch OOO from the capsule to liquid form.
