Late last year I found out I am allergic to wheat. So my new year’s resolution was to stop eating wheat, sugar and anything with lactose in it (I am also lactose intolerant). I am wondering how much weight I can lose doing this, after I get a TV I am going to get some aerobics(spelling?) tapes and start doing them every day. Also recently I moved into an apartment so going up four flights of steps three or four times a day is new to me I'm hoping that can have some effect on burning fat as well. Anyway I stopped eating wheat, sugar and lactose on the second of this month and I'm already feeling better, so that is keeping me on the diet. I guess what I'm looking for is support and also how much weight can I lose?

One can't really say . . . losing weight is not necessarily a matter of what you give up . . . but what and how much you continue to eat or substitute.
