I stumbled across this forum accidentally and was apallled at the amount of pain and suffering endured by arthritis victims.

My brother, his son and I would have been among you if we hadn't been following the following arthritis curing protocol for the last 10 years:

1000 mg. glucosamine sulfate, 3 times daily, with meals
" chondroitin " "
500 mg msm " "
Please not: those who are allergic to sulfur should not take msm.

My 54 year brother's arthritis had progressed to the point where it was in his ankles. His hands were so pained that he couldn't hold a screwdriver to install a license plate on his car. After the onset of arthritis, he had 2 bouts with Lyme disease, which made it worse. Now that he's cleared of the Lyme, he has very little pain, and would likely have no pain at all if he quit his job as a landscaper.

His son showed symptoms in his early thirties, and they rapidly disappeared when he started the protocol. Effective pain relief was felt within 4 weeks.

I started the protocol within days of my first symptoms and haven't had any pain since, except when I hand sand wood for hours, which results in a little pain in my finger joints that dissipates within a day of stopping the hand sanding activity.

I advised a 62 male friend who had arthritic calcification at the base of his spine to do the protocol. He was virtually bedridden and could barely move. The doctors were advising surgery. It took three months to relieve the condition. Surgery was not necessary. He is now 65 and is enjoying his grandchildren and is an avid golfer.

The 72 year mother of another friend got off Celebrex and was in extreme arthritic pain until she started the protocol. It started working the first week and she is now flexible and functional, although not completely pain free.

The speed of cure and thoroughness of the cure is greatly enhanced by taking a high quality multi-vitamin and a comprehensive multi-mineral formula.

Most of the commercially brands of the supplements listed above are junk. The discount catalogs sent in the mail and off-brands in health food and drug stores simply don't work because the are low grade, impure, or just not what they say theyare. This accounts for anecdotal accounts of failures among those who have tried this protocol. There are many fine supplement makers. One of them is [ removed ] My family and I have been taking supplements for over 10 years with excellent results. Please note: I am not a health care professional, and the above is just my opinion and experience.

If this posting attracts enough interest and inquiry, I will be happy to further specify the supplements we have found to enhance the main protocol.

[ please share the supplements and protocol only - not how or where to buy. ]

Are you taking 3000 mg of glucosamine sulfate...by taking it three times a day? I just bought a liquid version but the MSM is in it,too, and it seems taking it three times a day might be too much MSM. I heard it can make one have diarrhea?
What do you think? What is a normal dose of all this for arthritis. I have osteoarthritis in my neck...

There are many herbs and supplements that aid to reduce arthritic symptoms but there is no cure for arthritis.
The Arthritis Association has done quite an amount of research in these various supplements, many of which are still unproven at this point in time.
Glucosamine is helpful for those with mild arthritis but those who may have severe arthritis it may have little to no effect for them.
