If it's possible to have a STD and your or your partner never have any symptoms at all? I'm 21 years old and have been with my current boyfriend for about 4 months. I show no symptoms of anything and neither does he, but just recently when we have sex he has a spot on only one of his testicles that itches like crazy. He has really bad eczema so im figuring its that but you never know. But then i got super paranoid because i noticed 4 large bumps (no fluid or anything just look like mosquito bites) on the back of my upper leg... they kind of hurt....I dont know if that means anything or not...Also he told me he slept with like 180 people in his life...so, yeah compared to my 5--that's ALOT. He said he was tested six months ago and was fine but im going to get tested this week because im paranoid about STDs in general and it worries me that he has slept with so many people.... but for those of you who are more educated about different STD's i was wondering if any of this could fall into a catagory? Thanks! :) Any help or comments would be appreciated :)

It is TOTALLY possible to have an STD and not have any symptoms what so ever.

Yes, it is possible for both of you to have an STD without symptoms. Infact, most people never have symptoms of an STD and don't know it until they get tested.
He has slept with 180 people? God! You should definitely get tested!
