mm, so i went to the clinic because the head of my penis has been irritated and dry and the doctor told me i had yeast, i also got tested for a UTI, gonnarhea and syphilis and all ever negative. so she gave me this antifungal cream and i guess the redness has kind of gone away but it is still kind of dry and not full healed. i was examing myself and on the underside of my forskin, just under the frenellum i found a tiny tiny little flesh colored bump, i squeezed it and it popped some blood came out, i put neosporon on it to prevent an infection down there so it would heal. it was not painful at all or sore or anything, just a little bump. it didn't go away though, it is still there, hasn't changed in size at all. what could this be? anyone know? i'm really worried and sick of thining something is wrong with me. i'm already worried as hell that the doc was wrong and i have something worse than yeast but i have no idea how because i've had sex once and it was protected and the dryness and redness happened before that when i tried to get rid of my PPP with toothpaste like someone on here suggested. bad idea, the skin peeled off and it became very sore and now i have this problem. I also have redness on my head, like one little spot jsut above some more redness right on the rim and its kind of shiney. the doc didn't seem to think anything of it besides that it was were the yeast was affecting and causing it to look like that, which makes sense. but now i am worried about this bump and i just want everything with my dick to go back to normal i am so sick of this. constant worry and worry that if i ever come in sexual contact with another girl i'm going to give her something and then i'll feel like total ****. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

OK, it's easy for me to say, but try to relax. Doctors can sometimes be wrong but if you have had the STD tests and then come back OK then you should try to relax. I would recommend you get tested for ALL STDs including herpes, chlamydia etc so you have your mind at rest.

Personal question, but are you circumcised? This could be ballanitis - which affects uncircumcised males.
