I have these little bumps all over the backs of my upper arms. They're not really pimples, though on occasion a few come to a head. I used to have it on my legs too, but it got better when I started shaving. I don't know what to do about them, and my gp doesn't seem to have much to say about it either. Any suggestions as to what it could be or what to do about them would be greatly appreciated.

Use neutrogena body wash. This has salacylic acid in it. It will help exfoliate the skin. You can also put clearasil dual action acne fighting moisterizer on after bath and shaving. You have Keratosis Pillaris. I have this and this treatment helps. The moisturizer is very moisterizing and won't dry you.
