Today, I have started using the Patch! Good for me huh? lol..I have been smoking since i was around 16 years old and now I am 19...is there any precautions I should be aware of? Ive had my first patch on for about 5 or so hours now...

Good job on deciding to quit. If only my cousins would do the same thing.. I dont really know anything about the patch but I just wanted to say congratulations!
