Hi All,
Have a question. I miscarried on Dec. 21, 2004 @ 8 weeks pregnant. Doctor performed a DNC. Everything went well and not about 3 weeks later I am having on and off spotting. Is this normal? The spotting had stopped for about 2 days and thought that it was over with and doctor said I was able to resume sex.
Well my and my hubby did have sex and then 2 days later I started spotting again. I have now been spotting for about 2 days with light cramping. Could having sex cause the spotting to occur? Do I need to go to the emergency room and get checked out?
If someone could get back to me that would be great! :wave:

Well bleeding after that procedure is normal.. to an extent. You should not have any bleeding that is heavier than your moderate flow during a period. You also should not have any foul smelling discharge or any moderate to severe pain. Your body is going to be out of sorts for a while. I had that procedure too and about a month after I did the same thing, I was told it was my body adjusting its' self, but if you are really worried see your doctor. Good luck!
