ive heard on here that you can use selsun blue to get rid of it, now after showering off , do you guys think its a good idea to use Nystatin cream, instead of lotion. since nystatin cream is to treat fungal skin infections??? thanks, i have a lot of brown spots on my chest and im not even out in the sun or anything plus its coverd all the time. thanks
