I need more fiber. I do eat veggies and stuff, but I think I need extra help. Is metmucil ok for diabetics?

I'm a pre-diabetic and may be of some help here. Metamucil is fine, but be careful, there are a lot of different varieties. Just make sure it's the one that's sugar free.

Most of the fiber products such as metamucil and citrucel come in sugar free. You can also buy capsules which would eliminate the need to look for sugar free.
