Kauai,
I am on my second pinched radial nerve. The first one healed in 3 months, so DON'T PANIC. My nuerologist said it takes a month to heal one {1} inch of a pinched nerve.
In the mean time, buy AND wear a ****** brand wrist brace {with the metal splint inserted}, this will allow you to accomplish just about any task {except maybe writing}. I know it's a pain, but it will heal on it's own, dont waste money on doctors, I've tried them all, nothing works {accupunture, MD, therapy, steroids and cortisone, Nuerologist, etc.}
The 1 thing YOU CAN DO to speed up the process is take a large dose of Vitamin B-150 daily, with OR after a meal. Trust me, it will heal, just remember that the wrist is very sensitive & delicate, and has a lot of nerves, tendons, etc., running THROUGH IT.
I injured mine BOTH TIMES by falling asleep with my wrist on my keyboard, and my head on my wrist, so BE CAREFUL, don't be stupid like me!
Good Luck / Joseph
