I have port wine stains on 50% if my inner leg, i am VERY self conscious of this and can not afford laser surgery to remove them, anyone know of a make up or other soultion to fade this. I would love to be able to wear shorts!! Thank you!

Try the cosmetic desk of a large department store. They ought to be able to direct you to a coverup foundation that might make the birthmark less noticable. Still, I don't think that would work if you went into the water.
