My pinky Toe nail grows straight up, it never use to.. is there a way to prevent this? i have tried cutting it even again and short , to no avail..anyone with this problem?

There could be a slight fungus under your nail.. there are over the counter treatments available at any drugstore. Also shoes that don't fit properly may be deforming your nails.

May be an infection, may just have developed ski-jump nails. Both my pinky toenails are ski-jump and have been since ever I can remember. Many people have this on their pinky toes and it is considered normal. To alleviate any concern of infection, see your physician.

My pinky toenail is exactly like this! It has been my whole life. It grows up, not out. It's very weird.
